Having trouble with mom pooch?

Hi Reader!

I did a live recently that I think you may find helpful. So often, moms, no matter the method of delivery, have trouble with engaging their core. Carrying growing babies elongates these muscles and their nerves, making it more difficult for us to turn them on when we need them.

You may be asking, when do we need them?

Some examples of when we need them are:

  1. when getting out of bed
  2. when lifting our kids
  3. whenever we move just one arm or leg

Correct engagement is especially important if you have diastases recti or a pelvic organ prolapse. Take a look at my instagram page "Education" highlight to understand what a pelvic organ prolapse is.

Here's the link to the video. Follow me and watch the video. Reach out to me with questions or set up a free, no obligation, consultation.

I hope this helps, and if you notice a difference
